Our extensive database includes the latest annual release of the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference as well as thousands of retail foods. We will add nutrient data for any food appearing in your diet that is not currently in our database so your analysis will be complete.

• A variety of reports are available and can be customized to meet your needs.

• Customize the list of nutrients seen on your reports from our extensive list of available nutrients.

• Get nutrient information per day and all days averaged (1-7 days may be selected).

• Choose a report that shows the percent of calories from protein, fats, carbohydrates, and alcohol.

• Choose a report that shows the nutrient contribution for each food in the diet.

• We can work with you to have your data electronically exported.
